Assisting Immersion Workshop
At our Assisting Immersion Workshop you will learn how to effectively and efficiently assist.
Whether you are a teacher wanting to assist your yoga classes, a student wanting to gain new information about the practice, or you want to work in the room with a teacher as an assistant. We will show you pose by pose break down during this three day workshop.
October 5, 6 and 7th, Hours: Friday 6PM-9PM, Saturday 9AM-4:30PM, Sunday 9AM-2:30PM
